Candace Towner

I started my real estate journey back when contracts were signed in-person and documents were delivered by fax machines. I started as a loan closer in 1998 and then moved on to escrow agent, where I quickly found my calling in this fast-paced, detail-driven world of real estate.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: real estate broker, mobile notary, loan processor, buyer, seller, business owner, and now transaction coordinator. I’ve managed transactions for bustling teams, supported agents as they launched their own brokerages, and handled everything from compliance to client care-always with an eye for detail and a knack for keeping the chaos at bay.
I understand that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest moments-exciting, stressful, and sometimes overwhelming, especially for first-timers. My goal is to ensure the paperwork and logistics are handled smoothly, so agents can focus on guiding and reassuring their clients.

My background in web design, digital security, and business management means your files are not only in order-they’re secure too. I’ve run brick-and-mortar shops, built e-commerce sites, and even homeschooled two amazing kids all the way through graduation (talk about multitasking!).

With my degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and Cybersecurity, I bring security with a people-first approach to every transaction.
